These are the most common form of personal injury claim.

Road traffic accidents are a fact of life nowadays, and unfortunately due to the increase of car production along with the increase of traffic on our roads means that even the most careful drivers can be involved in accidents through no fault of their own.

My job at PI+ is to work alongside insurance companies, in order to work out exactly who was at fault, and deal with your case in the best way that we know how in order to gain you maximum compensation.  I guarantee that you will receive 100% of the compensation to which you are entitled.

Common Road Traffic Injuries - Whiplash

Whiplash can be a serious and lasting injury, the symptoms should not be ignored as with time they can get worse. Normally a short course of physiotherapy will alleviate the problem and these costs can be claimed back as part of your compensation package from the driver at fault as special damages, often called out of pocket expenses.  To find out more about types of damages, click here.
